Code Of Conduct
Employees of Sharks along with its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, are expected to act with integrity—upholding the law, behaving ethically, and treating colleagues, partners, KOLs with professionalism and respect.
All employees and Board members must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Violations may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination. Any exceptions for directors or executive officers require Board approval.
Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
Business decisions should be made in the best interest of Sharks, not for personal gain. Situations where personal relationships or external business ties could compromise objectivity must be avoided. Before making a decision, ask yourself: Could this action be seen as prioritizing personal benefit over company interests? Might it create a conflict, real or perceived, between your responsibilities and personal connections?
If the answer is “yes,” it’s best to step back and reconsider.
Financial Responsibility and Integrity
Ensuring accurate financial reporting and responsible use of company funds is essential. If your role involves handling financial records, you must follow all relevant policies, including revenue recognition guidelines.
-
Never obstruct financial audits or misrepresent financial information.
-
Report any signs of financial misconduct, no matter how minor, immediately to coc@sharksmgmt.com
Compliance with Laws
All employees must follow applicable laws and regulations. Some legal requirements can be complex, so when in doubt, seek guidance from the legal team or the company’s Helpline.
