Code Of Conduct & Anti-Bribery

Employees of SHARKS® along with its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, have a legal and contractual obligation to maintain a workplace free from sexual harassment, behaving ethically, and treating colleagues, partners, talents with professionalism and respect. All employees and Board members must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Violations will lead to disciplinary measures, including termination.

(B) Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
Business decisions should be made in the best interest of SHARKS®, not for personal gain. Situations where personal relationships or external business ties could compromise objectivity must be avoided. Before making a decision, ask yourself: Could this action be seen as prioritizing personal benefit over company interests? Might it create a conflict, real or perceived, between your responsibilities and personal connections?
(D) Financial Responsibility and Integrity
Ensuring accurate financial reporting and responsible use of company funds is essential. If your role involves handling financial records, you must follow all relevant policies, including revenue recognition guidelines.Report any signs of financial misconduct, no matter how minor, immediately to [email protected]
(C)Anti-Bribery and Ethics Policy
At SHARKS®, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Anti-Bribery and Ethics Policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, partners, agents, and any third parties, regardless of location or function.
(D) Anti-Bribery Commitment
We strictly prohibit the offer, promise, giving, or acceptance of any bribe, kickback, facilitation payment, or anything of value (cash, gifts, entertainment, etc.) intended to influence a business decision or secure an unfair advantage. Bribes may include:
- Cash or cash equivalents.
- Gifts or hospitality beyond reasonable limits.
- Job offers or internships for relatives/friends
- Donations made in exchange for business favors
(E) Ethical Conduct Expectations
All individuals representing SHARKS® are expected to:
- Act honestly and fairly in all business dealings.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(F) Third Parties & Partners
We expect all third parties acting on our behalf to uphold the same ethical standards. We do not work with individuals or organizations that:
- Engage in bribery or unethical practices.
- Fail to comply with anti-corruption laws.
- Fail to comply with AML laws.
